Ingredients

  • 1 cup tortilla strips
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add chicken fillets and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken, shred, and return to the pot.
  6. Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips and avocado.
