- 200g yakisoba noodles
- 150g chicken fillet, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add yakisoba noodles and mix well.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh or pre-cooked noodles for best results.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or snap peas.
- Adjust sauces to taste for more flavor.
