Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken fillets with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add broccoli and cover the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli over cooked rice.
